The future begins today, not tomorrow!” (St. John Paul II)

Inspired by the prompting of our school patron, St. John Paul II Academy is ready to take on the challenge of educating our young students and molding them into agents of change and progress in our society.

In 1999, I had a vision of creating a school that goes beyond producing great students: we wanted to mold well-rounded individuals who, after leaving school, could go out and make their lives and their community better.

St. John Paul II Academy assumes a holistic approach to education to follow through with its vision of developing every dimension that makes up the whole person in young students: intellectual, emotional, social, creative, and spiritual. In doing so, the school aims at producing well-rounded individuals who will be upstanding citizens and leaders in the future.

I take pride in the high standards that have forged the team that we have put together at St. John Paul II Academy. Our faculty is composed of dedicated teachers and facilitators who are not only extremely knowledgeable but are also great role models for our students.

Over the years, St. John Paul II Academy has grown and so has the family that helps make our school what it is. You are part of that family. Together, we continue to stay true to our mission to shape the hearts and minds of our students and help them reach for a brighter future.

I was a student at St. John Paul II Academy for 12 years and there's a reason why I stayed that long. SJP2A has been my home since 2008, a lot of changes and improvements were made as the years went by. One great thing that was always within us was the spirit of love. Everyone was always very passionate about the things that they do. This school enhances your child's tal- ents and capabilities. They teach students not to be afraid to showcase their talents and show the world what they've got. I have been part of the SJP2A community since R013 when I was in Gr 4. and to cut it short, it was one of the best scholastic choices I've made! If you are new to this school and are currently undecided whether to enroll or to even be inter- ested because it's a small school? Here's my tes- timony... This school may be a smaller commu- nity but this helps to make the teachers focus in the class and reduce redundancy in its teach- ings. The food is great and prepared in an orderly and clean fashion. (You only need Php 50 to survive lunchtime). The many events of the school showcase the abilities of the students, both new and the old. The facilities are great and the rooms are air-conditioned. The transition to online classes shows that the school is well- funded and READY to reach its students in any way!

The teachers here are so great. You'll enjoy learning so much. The school really lives up to its mission and commitment in developing the in- tellectual, emotional, social, physical, creative, and spiritual potentials of us, students. I learned so much from this school - not only lessons from subjects and lessons in life. I learned the value of friendship, respecting teachers, moral values, and many more. As an incoming Senior High, many opportunities opened because of this school. I and my class- mates were invited to take the MAPUA scholar- ship exam (required a minimum grade of 90 and above). I'm now incoming grade 11, future MAPUAN. I wouldn't have gotten to where I am now with- out SJP2A. As the pandemic continues, we are struggling to adapt to the "new normal." SJPIIA is our preferred choice when it comes to our children's edu- cation." We've been with SJPIIA for 9 years and counting, and the children have excelled academically with flying colors. They are molded and adjusted by the school to be well-rounded individuals both in mind and body. What's great about the school is that they highly adapt to changes in these trying times that we face during a pandemic. They provide life skills that help our children adjust and adapt in this modern time.

I studied in SJP2A since third grade. I can say that one of the best decisions that my parents have ever made is enrolling me at SJP2A. Here, one can establish a relationship with your teach- ers that is not only about teaching but some type of parent bond where they can be someone you can talk to or be friends with. This is also where I built my character and personality and met my true friends.
